Adani Power on Friday, August 1, reported a -13.4% decline in its consolidated net profit to ₹3,385 crore for the quarter ended June 30 of FY2025-26. The decline was due to lower trading fees and increased operating expenses following acquisitions. The company had reported a net profit of ₹3,913 crore in the same quarter of the previous fiscal.

Adani Power Q1 Results : EBITDA Performance
At the operational level, Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation And Amortization (EBITDA) stood at Rs 5,686 crore in the first quarter of this financial year, showing a negative growth of -8.22% year-on-year as against Rs 6,195 crore in the same period last financial year.
EBITDA Margin stood at 40.3% in the quarter under review as against 41.4% in the same period last financial year, showing a negative growth of -1.1% year-on-year.
